📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and serving areas.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands and ensure timely service.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including espresso, milk frothing, and blending.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
• Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
