📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the cafe.,Managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.,Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.,Managing budgets and financial performance of the department.,Implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Representing the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cafe management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
