📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Identify and mitigate operational risks.,Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and methodologies.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
