📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Conduct regular training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
