📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the brand and company at various events, promotions, and customer interactions.,Develop and implement brand ambassador programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve brand perception and service quality.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports and updates on customer engagement and brand performance.,Train and mentor junior brand ambassadors to ensure consistent brand representation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand ambassador or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using social media and digital marketing tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
