This position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in hospitality or those with prior experience who want to work in a luxurious setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of high-end villas, ensuring they meet luxury standards.
• Use industry-standard tools such as the Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and Cleaning Checklist to track tasks and maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure all villas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff alike.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or hospitality, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as the Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and Cleaning Checklist.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
