As an Operations Manager Assistant, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and ensure that all sales and compliance activities are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to enhance overall operational performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to support BPO sales and compliance activities.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to sales performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and compliance processes.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) using tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in sales and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO or sales operations industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales and compliance processes, including CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
