As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for each position.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and conducting reference checks.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of company-wide recruitment policies and procedures.,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
