Prime Go Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our fleet, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our drivers and vehicles. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your team from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our operational hub in Mempayah, Kalimantan Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and training as needed.,Coordinate with the dispatch team to manage real-time operations and resolve any issues that arise.,Maintain open communication with drivers to address any concerns and ensure a positive work environment.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Manage fuel and other operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Report to the operations manager on a regular basis to provide updates and seek guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Proven track record of managing a team of drivers and ensuring their safety and efficiency.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in Kalimantan Barat.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant tools for managing fleet operations.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.,Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
