Toyota Capital Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Fleet Operations & Management team in Denpasar, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, a proven track record of success, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.,Manage a team of fleet operators and ensure they are trained and equipped to deliver the highest level of service.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle utilization to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services with other business functions.,Conduct regular reviews of fleet performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.,Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained to meet safety and performance standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective fleet support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in fleet operations and management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
