As a Senior Guest Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service in our luxury hotels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional guest service and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a professional and friendly demeanor.,Assist in the development and implementation of guest service policies and procedures.,Collaborate with department heads and management to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for service improvements.,Uphold the hotel's reputation and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive and reactive service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills.,Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a guest service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local culture, customs, and attractions in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest service software.,A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
