📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in area management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving market share.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
