As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our coffee shop. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.,Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the coffee shop.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee or hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software is a plus.
