• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory management and sales tracking using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or branch management.
