📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.,Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Ensure all equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of local routes and regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good physical fitness and stamina.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair of vehicles.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
