Defect Analyst & Continuous Improvement Specialist - Manufacturing

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct defect analysis using 7 QC Tools and other quality management techniques to identify root causes of defects.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects and improve quality.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and quality in our manufacturing processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to production teams on quality standards and continuous improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to address quality issues and improve supplier performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a defect analysis or continuous improvement role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in 7 QC Tools and other quality management techniques.
• Proficient in using quality management software such as Minitab, SPSS, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
