In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and developing our client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and presentations to potential and existing clients.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and service delivery.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive and relevant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
