📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets.,Oversee the daily operations and management of the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the local market.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster business growth.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in sales or business development.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
