📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure timely and efficient event execution.,Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Assist in setting up and managing the banquet area, including tables, seating, and equipment.,Support the banquet staff in preparing and serving food and beverages.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up, ensuring all details are addressed.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Assist in inventory management and ordering for banquet supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet or event staffing roles.,Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with banquet software and tools is a plus.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is beneficial.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
