📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide support in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
