As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience to gain practical knowledge and grow within a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits and payroll processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities.,Maintain a positive and professional working environment within the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Basic understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR processes and technologies.
