📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Supervise and manage subcontractors and workers on-site.,Prepare and maintain construction schedules and reports.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in the procurement and management of construction materials and equipment.,Provide technical support and advice to project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.,Relevant work experience in construction or site engineering (preferably 1-3 years).,Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and methods.,Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using construction software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
