Silver Up Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Store Manager to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is a must
