📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including but not limited to, microbiological, chemical, and physical tests.
• Train and mentor junior lab technicians on laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Document and maintain laboratory records and reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in microbiology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Certification in laboratory techniques and safety protocols (e.g., ISO 17025, GLP, GMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
