📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the medical center.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and hospital operations.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital standards.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve operational goals.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly and effectively.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the medical center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
