📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Train and develop sales consultants to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all retail operations are run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure that products are available to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail sales software and systems.
  • Experience in managing a team of sales consultants.
