PT Hasta Antar is looking for a Lead Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Badung. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.,Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and supply chain dynamics is a plus.,Understanding of ERP systems and data analysis tools is beneficial.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
