📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate children with special needs to determine their occupational therapy goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each child.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to help children develop and improve their fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to the child's care.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that supports the growth and development of all children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Certification as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (COTA) from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
• Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system and cultural context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali, Indonesia.
