📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions and providing excellent customer service.,Promoting products and services to increase sales.,Maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Providing feedback to the management on customer preferences and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
