📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure it is presented in an appealing manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and through marketing initiatives.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
