Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement,Lead and mentor operational teams, providing guidance and support,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Collaborate with other departments to drive the company's strategic objectives,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential impacts on the business

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Understanding of business processes and industry best practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
