📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times and enhance overall efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
