📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensuring a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Training and developing store staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Monitoring and maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with the regional management team to implement store strategies and initiatives.
  • Promoting and participating in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of store performance metrics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and a passion for coffee and tea.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
