Agung Citra Spareparts is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and a proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Conduct regular audits to check inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and activities.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and logistics.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
