📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Leverage advanced project management tools such as Procore, Primavera, and MS Project to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging best practices and sustainable solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Management and Infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, and MS Project is a plus.
