Bangka Belitung Islands Tourism Board is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Tourism Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the tourism growth and development in the Bangka Belitung Islands.

As a Regional Tourism Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating tourism programs and projects in the region. You will work closely with local stakeholders, government agencies, and private sector partners to ensure the sustainability and success of the tourism industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement tourism strategies and programs to promote and grow the tourism sector in Bangka Belitung Islands.
  • Coordinate with local government agencies, tourism stakeholders, and private sector partners to ensure the success of tourism initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of tourism programs and projects, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the Bangka Belitung Islands Tourism Board at national and international tourism events and conferences.
  • Foster strong relationships with local communities to ensure the cultural and environmental sustainability of tourism activities.
  • Manage and supervise a team of tourism officers and staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of tourism services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tourism industry, and apply this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the Bangka Belitung Islands Tourism Board at national and international tourism events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tourism management, preferably in a regional or provincial government agency.
  • Strong knowledge of tourism policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
