📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.
• Create and manage procurement strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
