📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute design-in projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and sales teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to our clients, helping them to integrate our products into their systems.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industrial automation and electronics industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in industrial automation and electrical engineering, and apply this knowledge to our projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's strategic goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation and electronics.
• Proven experience in managing and executing design-in projects, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of industrial automation and electrical engineering principles.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and sales teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders from around the world.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
• Ability to travel frequently, as required by the role.
