📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to plan and execute construction tasks.
• Monitor and manage construction materials, equipment, and labor resources.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain clear communication with all team members to ensure effective collaboration.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including updates on project status and any challenges encountered.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability practices on the construction site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Valid construction supervisor certification (e.g., OSHA, PMP, or equivalent).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
