📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and execution of corporate venture strategies, identifying high-potential opportunities for new business initiatives.
• Conduct extensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and venture development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
• Develop and manage comprehensive business plans for potential ventures, including financial projections, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ventures, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization and scalability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Represent InnovateX Ventures at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase our capabilities and attract potential partners and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate venture development, strategic planning, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving innovation and growth.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and tools, including data analysis software such as Excel, SPSS, or similar.
• Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive business plans, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Professional certification in corporate venture development, strategic planning, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
