📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 5-7 finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting to support company growth.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP and other financial software.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and solvency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Mandarin business practices.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar financial software.
