📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, including personal and business accounts.
• Monitor and report on regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to banking regulations.
• Use Core Banking System and Regulatory Reporting Software to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry best practices.
• Contribute to team meetings and projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on loan administration and account maintenance.
• Proficient in using Core Banking System and Regulatory Reporting Software.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
