📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor trading activities in real-time using advanced surveillance tools such as Bloomberg Terminal and Tradeweb.
• Identify and address potential risks and anomalies in trading activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of trading activities to maintain market integrity.
• Develop and implement surveillance strategies to mitigate risks and enhance market transparency.
• Collaborate with the trading and risk management teams to ensure a cohesive and effective surveillance framework.
• Provide regular reports and updates on market activities and surveillance findings.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in financial regulations and market practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market monitoring and surveillance, preferably in financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, particularly those set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
• Proficiency in using surveillance tools such as Bloomberg Terminal and Tradeweb.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Financial Risk Management (FRM) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus.
