📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize logistics operations for shipbuilding projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to secure the best rates and most efficient routes.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve logistics challenges.
• Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in maritime logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on maritime or shipbuilding industries.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
